Eve Hester-Wyne
BBC-trained Eve Hester-Wyne is one of the most experienced and respected moderator/interviewers working in the Gulf region- known for her professional interviewing style with high profile guests, and her ability to guide narrative flow in technical/complex panel sessions.
Eve trained as a broadcast journalist with the BBC World Service in London. She has worked with broadcasters of international repute such as National Geographic, CNN, NBC, CBC, Bloomberg, and RTE.
Eve is very experienced in presenting front of camera, and on stage for conferences and forums. She has interviewed a huge number of international names, from Tony Blair, to Ban Ki-moon, to countless Heads of State and Government. She has interviewed Elle McPherson for the Oprah Winfrey Show and Simon Cowell for NBC. She was NBC’s London-based interviewer for the 2012 London Olympics.
Eve has interviewed the highest tiers of decision-makers in the UAE, including HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and HE Sultan bin Saeed al Mansoori, Minister for Economy. She regularly interviews captains of industry such as Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and CEO of Dubai World.
Eve is a United Nations-approved moderator; hosting and moderating at the UNIDO General Assembly. She has extensive experience working as a moderator/interviewer with GCC VIPs at the highest level of government and business. As examples, she hosted the Undersecretaries Panel at the TIP 2020 Summit in Abu Dhabi, and she hosted/moderated at the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Data Analytics Forum in March 2021.
Eve has worked as an interviewer for most of the high-profile events in the UAE including ADIPEC, IDEX and Gulfood. She has an in-depth knowledge of the Gulf’s government, society and senior figures.
Eve is curious, inquisitive and well-informed on a host of subjects and sectors, including tech, business, finance, fintech and cryptocurrency, as well as healthcare and sport. This makes her ideal as a moderator and interviewer for events attended by international top management, CEOs and decision-makers.
