Naheed started Futurwits in Dubai in 2019 and since then has worked with various organisations in GCC and Africa, facilitating transformations for Organisation Growth and Excellence. Her company is now present in 6 countries across Europe, Asia and Africa through various collaborations. In 2021, they were also the Finalist for “Customer Focus of the Year” in the Gulf Capital SME awards. Naheed has also been a finalist in the “Entrepreneur of the Year” category in the Gulf Capital SME awardsin 2022.
Her model of MABS (Mindset, Attitude, Behaviour and Skills) has led to transforming culture and creating breakthrough transformations in People’s Performance and OrganizationChange and Development.
She is a Consultant and Advisor to Boards, CEOs and Founders in UAE. She has worked with organisations like Bateel, Plug and Play, Sidra Capital, Salam Air, TCG, GEMSEducation, ARY Gold, Bin Dhahi, Safinat Group in UAE and Oromia Bank in Ethiopia.
She is a former Consultant to the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, Government of India for Capacity Development for Change Management under the National e-Governance Plan of India. She designed and delivered a roadmap for capacity building and was also the first in the country to establish and run a training center in the state secretariat of Assam. She has also led people transformation in the State Bank of India and was part of the Parivartan in SBI which istaught at Harvard Business School (case study) today. She is also a featured speaker for Thrive with Mentoring UK, Toastmasters, WICCI and State of Women Institute, USA.
Naheed is also associated with various NGOs and works for Youth Empowerment. She is Global Goodwill Ambassador with the GGAF, USA. Under her company Futurwits, Naheed started a CSR initiative during Covid, and delivered workshops to facilitate thinking pattern change in employees of Salam Air in Oman, PCSS in KSA, Paoletti in UAE, BNI in UAE, Wicci in India and various other groups of leadersfrom Software industries like IBM, Wipro and TCS.
