She is the Managing Director of Versatile Consultancy, a global human resources consultancy. She is also Partner at IPTER (International Recruitment Org), Director and Strategic Advisor -Funding Possibilities, Director- Partnerships EMEA at Bing-X (Leading Crypto Exchange), Venture Partner at Bunny Go (Go to earn Dapp), Co- Founder of Tilla-e-Noor, Director Consultant at BNI (Business Networking International), Founding Member of DYP (Dubai Young Professionals), Founder- Hospitality Hub (one of the biggest restaurant association in UAE) and Recruitment Director of Red Elephants Reps. She is an ACCA with under graduation in Finance followed by Diploma in Finance from London School of Economics.
She has been a mentor with UN Women to guide women entrepreneurs to embark on their entrepreneurial journey.
Deeksha's vision is to create a world of collaboration not competition where everyone can achieve greater heights together. During the pandemic, she started a restaurant support community with restaurant owners of Asian origin and contributed to bringing in about 300+ restaurant owners covering over 1500 restaurants.
